Ziegler Lotsoff Capital Management, LLC, with offices in Chicago and Milwaukee, provides separate account management for individuals, corporations, foundations and endowments. ZLCM offers a range of equity, fixed income and alternative products for its clients.
In May 2010, Rizvi Traverse Management partnered with the existing management team to purchase a controlling stake in Ziegler Capital Management, previously a wholly owned subsidiary of The Ziegler Companies, Inc. (OTC: ZGCO).
In June 2011, Ziegler Capital Management acquired Lotsoff Capital Management, combining the two asset management firms as Ziegler Lotsoff Capital Management. The combined company is headquartered in Chicago and has nearly $4 billion in assets under management.
